All users of Overseas Mortgages Direct recive the most up to date information form the market.

Approval in principle is based on the information received from the bank.clients and brokers. Overseas Mortgages Direct accept no resposponsibility if the bank changes their criteria without prior information. Overseas Mortgages Direct also accept no responsibility if the clients information is inaccurate or inconsistent with the evidence in the clients paperwork.

Overseas Mortgages Direct accept no responsibility if the bank change the calculation criteria that in any way alters the affordability of the client.

Your home will be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

In accepting an offer, the client is subject to the terms and conditions of the lender. Overseas Mortgages Direct aims to provide as much of this information as possible, but accepts no responsibility if the bank adds or alters in any way their terms and conditions.

The applicant accepts all costs associated with the application, including the application fee. In the event of receiving a formal approval in principle from the bank, the client is liable for the fee, even in the event of a cancellation.

Where the client books a mortgage offer, Overseas Mortgages Direct accepts no responsibility if the mortgage offer is no longer valid when it come time to complete on the property.

All mortages are subject to a range of fees including opening commissions, valuation fees, insurances. Overseas Mortgages Direct aim to provide as much information as possible, but accept no responsibility if the banks in any way add or alter their fees. Any insurance quotation received are for guidance purposes only and in no way represent a formal quotation.

The terms, conditions and fees outlined above are not all inclusive and are for indication only. They apply only to loan facilities that are issued and accepted from that date and may be changed, amended or deleted without any prior notice.

Please note that depending on the resident status and the tax regime of the borrower’s country of residence, withholding tax may affect the cost to the borrower.
