With a headquarters in Virginia, Co. Cavan, Ireland, we have representative offices throughout the world to ensure we can meet the demands of our clients. We are in consultation with the Financial Services Authority in the UK in regard to overseas mortgages and implement their “Treating Customers Fairly” directives on a voluntary basis. You can see this with the level of information we make available to you. We are also working with the Financial Regulator in Ireland to regulate all internal mortgage activities.
